This-newly built villa is conveniently situated in the country side, between the town of Pollensa and its Port and sandy beaches. Furnished in a rustic style with all the modern comforts. It is split in three levels: the main floor and 1st floor as the main house proper while the lower floor is a fully contained living area. Ideal property for two families travelling together. The large artistic swimming pool with natural rocks and a cascade is surrounded by a lawn area and lovely garden.
