All prices are in EURO per day regardless of number of persons and include:
All equipment as described, plus cutlery, crockery, bed linen, towels, water, electricity.

Extra charges and payment conditions:
In the event of a reservation, you will need to pay a deposit of 50% by bank transfer directly to the owner, and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are not accepted for this property.

There is also a security deposit of 200 Euro to be paid with the balance payment by bank transfer. The security deposit will be returned to you also by bank transfer, immediately after the property has been checked for damages.

Please note that there is no daily maid or cleaning sevice. Guests are expected to keep the apartment in a reasonably clean condition to keep the final cleaning and laundry costs to a minimum.
