My brewery consists of a:
, a RollMaster in the garage.
, a five gallon, three tier, heat exchange, recirculating mash system.
, a refrigerator with an external thermostat and a heating element.
Building it up to this point has been a gradual process. First, I was an extract brewer. The next step was mashing in a cooler. Other than some tweaks, the current set up should be my final brewery.
